DMCA Policy
Effective July 1, 2026
AITDB responds to valid copyright complaints. This is placeholder content for review — replace it with counsel-reviewed language before launch.
Filing a notice
Submit a takedown through our DMCA form. A valid notice identifies the copyrighted work, the URL of the material on AITDB, your contact details, and a good-faith statement made under penalty of perjury that the use is not authorised.
What happens next
An administrator reviews every notice. If it is actioned, the listing is taken down and the owner is informed. Every decision is recorded in our moderation audit log.
Counter-notices
If your listing was removed and you believe the notice was mistaken, the listing owner can file a counter-notice from the same form. An administrator reviews it and either restores the content or upholds the takedown. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.
